Due to the nature of our services, which involve information retrieval, digital research, software development, and custom deliverables, our refund policy is defined as follows:

1. No Refund After Service Initiation
Once work has begun — including research, data collection, media monitoring, or software development — refunds are not applicable. This is because these services involve time, labor, and digital resources that cannot be reversed.

2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered only if:

  • Payment was made by mistake or duplicated

  • The project has not yet been initiated

  • The client cancels within 12 hours of payment and no work has started

3. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Information search tasks already underway

  • Media monitoring already initiated

  • Reports, summaries, or outputs provided to the client

  • Software modules delivered or partially developed

  • Any service where data or results have been shared

4. Modifications Instead of Refund
Where possible, we may allow:

  • Service adjustments

  • Credit for future services

  • Modification of deliverables

5. Processing Time
Approved refunds (in rare cases) will be processed within 7–14 business days.
