Due to the nature of our services, which involve information retrieval, digital research, software development, and custom deliverables, our refund policy is defined as follows:
1. No Refund After Service Initiation
Once work has begun — including research, data collection, media monitoring, or software development — refunds are not applicable. This is because these services involve time, labor, and digital resources that cannot be reversed.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered only if:

Payment was made by mistake or duplicated

The project has not yet been initiated

The client cancels within 12 hours of payment and no work has started
3. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds cannot be issued for:

Information search tasks already underway

Media monitoring already initiated

Reports, summaries, or outputs provided to the client

Software modules delivered or partially developed

Any service where data or results have been shared
4. Modifications Instead of Refund
Where possible, we may allow:

5. Processing Time
Approved refunds (in rare cases) will be processed within 7–14 business days.
